Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear and simple. This is exactly how refunds work.
Cancel 60 or more days before departure
Full refund of everything paid, minus a $150 per person administration fee.
Cancel 45 to 59 days before departure
The 30% deposit is forfeited, and the remaining balance is never charged.
Cancel 30 to 44 days before departure
25% refunded.
Cancel under 30 days before departure
No refund. Park fees, crew, and accommodation are already committed and non-recoverable.
If Nyota Trek cancels the trip
100% refund including the deposit.
Date changes
One free reschedule up to 45 days before departure, subject to availability.
